Fill a tub with warm water and add a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar as a natural deodorant, and essential oils can be added for aromatherapy. Soak feet for 5 minutes.
Remove one foot and pat dry with towel.
If necessary, remove previous lacquer with Expert Touch Nail Wipes, saturated with Expert Touch Lacquer Remover.
Apply a dollop of coconut oil to the heel and other calloused areas and massage in.
Use the OPI foot paddle to gently remove callouses, using the white side of the file first, then the softer grey side. Repeat steps 2-5 on the other foot.
Gently exfoliate the feet and lower legs using a mixture of Himalayan salt and olive oil. Use circular motion and light pressure to apply, then place feet back in the tub. Rinse to remove scrub.
Remove one foot and pat dry with towel.
File nails to desired shape using the Edge 240 File.
Dispense a small amount of OPI Pro Spa Exfoliating Cuticle Cream on to a nail wipe, then apply to cuticles using the back of the Pusher Plus. Rub in and let sit for one minute before pushing back cuticles with the Pusher Plus.
Remove residue with Expert Touch Nail Wipes, saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Use the sides of the Dexterity Tool to remove the loosened cuticle from the nail plate. If needed, remove excess non-living tissue with Accu Nip Precision Nipper. Repeat steps 7 -11 on the other foot.
Lightly buff nail with buffer.
PRO TIP:
Skip buffing if client’s nails are prone to staining.
Remove dust and debris with Expert Touch Nail Wipes, saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Apply one coat of OPI Bond Aid pH Balancing Agent to each nail.
Apply one coat of Nature Strong Shade of choice and cap the free edge. Wait to dry, then apply second coat.
Apply one coat of Nature Strong Top Coat and cap the free edge to seal the look.
