Apply 1 coat of GelColor Base Coat to properly prepped nails. Cure 30 seconds with OPI LED Light.
Leaving negative space at the cuticle area, apply 2 thin coats of GelColor Suzi Chases Portu-geese. Cure each coat 30 seconds.
With GelColor Tile Art to Warm Your Heart use a fine detailing brush and a dotter tool to paint horizontal lines and 3 dots. Cure 30 seconds.
Cut a piece of confetti in half. Dab 3 dots of GelColor Base Coat. Do not cure. Use a dotter tool to place confetti on top of the uncured base coat. Flash cure 15 seconds.
Outline the confetti pieces with Tile Art to Warm Your Heart. Apply two teardrop-shaped dots with Closer Than You Might Belém. Flash cure 15 seconds. Then apply 4 small dots of Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants and lightly drag the color out.
Apply 3 more small dots around the design using GelColor Tile Art to Warm Your Hear. Apply small dots of GelColor Top Coat on top of the confetti pieces. Cure 30 seconds.
Apply a thin coat of GelColor Top Coat. Cure 30 seconds. Remove gel residue with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
Apply a drop of OPI ProSpa Cuticle Oil and massage into cuticles.
