Before You Begin
Apply 1 coat of GelColor Top Coat to properly prepped nails. Cure 30 seconds in OPI LED Light.
Apply GelColor PUMP Up the Volume vertically to 1/3 of the nail. Do not cure.
Apply GelColor V-I-Pink Passes overlapping GelColor PUMP Up the Volume to 2/3 of the nail. Cure 30 seconds.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for coverage.
OPTIONAL. Apply 1 coat of GelColor Top Coat. Do not cure. Use a dotter tool dipped in top coat to add smiley face embellishments. Cure 30 seconds.
Finish with 1 coat of GelColor Top Coat. Cure 30 seconds in OPI LED Light. Cleanse nails with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
