To begin, I’ll apply a generous amount of ProSpa Micro-Exfoliating Hand Scrub to the skin on the back of the hands and arms in a circular motion. Exfoliate hand and arm for approximately 2 minutes.
When I’m done exfoliating, I’ll remove the scrub using warm, damp towels, then apply a Moisture Mask to the hands and arms, warming between palms before application.
I'll allow the mask to penetrate the skin for 5 minutes, then remove the product and cleanse the hands with a Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99. This way, there are no bits to interrupt the relaxing massage.
Next, I’ll warm up Massage Cream in my palms, then massage the hands, wrists, and forearms for 5 minutes.
Once complete, I’ll wipe down the nails with Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99. to have a clean, smooth surface for nail prep.
Next, I'll trim the nails if needed and shape.
I’ll then apply Cuticle Cream to each nail and gently push back the eponychium using a cuticle pusher to reveal the true cuticle. When I’m done, I’ll wipe down the nails again to remove residue.
Using my Dexterity, I’ll remove any excess non-living tissue. I’ll make sure to keep the tool flat against the nail to prevent slipping.
Remove any hangnails or non-living tissue that are still visible with an AccuNip.
Then I’ll smooth the nails with the 220 side of my 220/280 FLEX.
Wipe down nails with a Nail Wipe and N.A.S. 99 for a clean, smooth surface for polish, then apply polish as desired.
Once the nails are dry, moisturize by massaging OPI ProSpa Nail and Cuticle Oil into each finger.
Top it all off with Moisture Bonding Ceramide Spray on hands and arms.
