Fill tub with warm water and use one scoop of Soothing Soak, mixing gently if using a non-whirlpool spa. Allow the feet to soak for 2 minutes, then pat them dry.

Apply a dollop of ProSpa Advanced Callus Softening Gel to the heel, ball of the foot, and other calloused areas using a cotton pad. Set the heel of the foot on a soft towel and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Once it has soaked in for about 2-5 minutes, use the ProSpa Dual Sided Foot File to gently exfoliate and remove softened calluses. Use the light, coarser side first then smooth with the gray, fine side.

Pro Tip

Remove and discard the disposable grit then properly sanitize the plastic foot file after each service.

Return the feet to the tub and cleanse them using a sponge, then dry them with a towel. Place feet inside ProSpa Advanced Softening Socks secure the tabs around the ankles.Tear off toe tips at the perforation.

Wipe off excess product with a Nail Wipe and N.A.S. 99. Remove previous polish trim the nails and shape with EDGE 240 File.

Apply either Cuticle Remedy or Exfoliating Cuticle Cream, then gently push back the eponychium with Pusher Plus, making sure to pay attention to the sidewalls. When done, wipe down the nails to remove residue.

Keeping Dexterity flush with the nail, remove any excess non-living tissue. Afterward, nip away any hangnails with an AccuNip.

Smooth nails with the 220 side of the 220/280 FLEX. Don't forget around the sidewalls and cuticle area. Once finished buffing, cleanse the nails once more.

Remove socks. Apply ProSpa Moisture Whip Massage Cream to your hands and warm between your palms. Massage leg and foot for 2-5 minutes. Now the nails are prepped and ready for polish, apply shade of choice.
