Fill tub with warm water and use one scoop of Soothing Soak, mixing gently if using a non-whirlpool spa. Allow the feet to soak for 2 minutes, then pat them dry.
Apply a dollop of ProSpa Advanced Callus Softening Gel to the heel, ball of the foot, and other calloused areas. Let sit for 2 minutes. Use the ProSpa Dual Sided Foot File to gently exfoliate and remove calluses.
Once it has soaked in for about 2-5 minutes, use the ProSpa Dual Sided Foot File to gently exfoliate and remove softened calluses. Use the light, coarser side first then smooth with the gray, fine side.
Remove and discard the disposable grit then properly sanitize the plastic foot file after each service.
Return the feet to the tub and cleanse them using a sponge, then dry them with a towel.
Using the ProSpa Exfoliating Sugar Scrub, gently exfoliate the feet and legs using a circular motion. Then, place the feet back in the tub and rinse. Once the feet are both rinsed, pat them dry with a towel.
Apply a dollop of ProSpa Soothing Moisture Mask to the feet and ankles, then wrap in a warm, damp towel. Allow the mask to penetrate the skin for 5 minutes, then remove the mask with a warm towel.
With a small amount of ProSpa Moisture Whip Massage Cream warmed in palms, massage the feet and lower legs in a gentle circular motion until the product is worked into the skin.
To begin nail prep, Gently remove product residue from nails with a Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99. Remove previous polish if needed, then trim the nails and shape with EDGE 240 File.
Apply either Cuticle Remedy or Exfoliating Cuticle Cream, then gently push back the eponychium with a cuticle pusher, making sure to pay attention to the sidewalls. When done, wipe down the nails to remove residue.
Keeping Dexterity flush with the nail, remove any excess non-living tissue. Afterward, nip away any hangnails with an AccuNip.
Smooth nails with the 220 side of the 220/280 FLEX. Don't forget around the sidewalls and cuticle areas. Once finished buffing, cleanse the nails once more.
Now that the nails are prepped and ready for polish, apply the Nail Lacquer or Infinite Shine system of choice.
Once the nails are dry, finish the ProSpa Express Pedi with a drop of ProSpa Nail and Cuticle Oil to the base of each nail and massage in.
Apply ProSpa Intensive Callus Smoothing Balm to the callused areas. Do not rinse. Top it all off with Moisture Bonding Ceramide Spray on hands and arms.
