Before You Begin
Apply 1 coat of GelColor Base Coat to properly prepped nails. Cure 30 seconds in OPI LED Light.
Apply 1 coat of GelColor Ring Bare-er. Cure 30 seconds. Apply a 2nd coat of Ring Bare-er and do not cure.
Using a fluffy cosmetic brush, sprinkle on Chrome Effects powder in Blue Plate Special. Cure 60 seconds. Remove excess powder and cleanse nail with nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
Finish 1 coat of No-Cleanse Top Coat. Cure 30 seconds in OPI LED Light.
Pro Tip
Apply a drop of OPI ProSpa Cuticle Oil and massage into cuticles.
