Apply 1 coat of GelColor Base Coat to properly prepped nails. Cure 30 seconds with OPI LED Light.
Using a detailing brush, apply 2 coats of GelColor Hopelessly Devoted to OPI to the left half of the nail. Cure each coat 30 seconds.
Using a detailing brush, apply 2 coats of GelColor Meet A Boy Cute As Can Be to the right half of the nail. Cure each coat 30 seconds.
With a dotter tool and GelColor Meet A Boy Cute As Can Be, apply 4 dots to the left side of the nail, closest to the free edge. Flash cure 15 seconds or less.
With a dotter tool and GelColor Hopelessly Devoted to OPI, apply 4 dots to the right side of nail, closest to the cuticle area. Cure 30 seconds.
Apply 1 coat of GelColor Top Coat. Cure 30 seconds. Cleanse nails with a Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
