Before You Begin
Complete Powder Perfection Nail Prep Step by Steps. Prepare your dipping cups by filling them with Powder Perfection shade Achievement Unlocked and Clear Color Set Powder.
Apply one coat of Base Coat to one nail leaving the perimeter free. Immediately dip the nail into Achievement Unlocked. Remove excess with a cosmetic brush. Repeat for coverage, covering the entire nail with the second coat.
Apply a thin layer of Base Coat to the nail. Use an oval brush dipped in holographic flakes to brush flakes over the entire nail.
Apply a thin layer of Base Coat to the entire nail. Starting at the cuticle line, use a crystal applicator to press silver holographic squares into the base coat.
Pro Tip
Pick up squares with a tweezer and cut to fit smaller areas.
Continue staggering squares corner to corner until the nail is covered, reapply base coat as needed. Apply Base Coat & immediately dip into Clear Color Set Powder. Dust off excess powder. Apply one coat of Activator.

Wait 1-2 minutes to allow to fully dry (4 minutes for International application).

Refine the shape as needed working from an EDGE 180 File. Buff the nail starting with the FLEX 100/180 Buffer, then the FLEX 220/280 Buffer. Remove dust and apply a second generous coat of Activator. Wait 1-2 minutes to fully dry.
Apply two coats of Top Coat and allow to dry 1-2 minutes between each coat. Apply OPI ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil and massage in.
Pro Tip
Float your Top Coat brush and use minimal strokes when applying. Overworking your Top Coat will result in a matte finish.
